15 1/2' Long Yew Wood Breakfront Hanging Pieces A set of six EnglishAn extremely long bookcase of double breakfronted form. Rare for the use of exceedingly figured yew wood veneers throughout. The astragals of the 12 pane glazed doors are fashioned out of solid yew. With an outswept cornice featuring a strip of thumbnail molding above dentil molding. The waist embellished with a band of blind fretwork in the form of connected diamonds and rings. Retaining a lovely color and patina. Circa 1770 Origin English Stock#
