Began from a street side stall, it became a noodle factory in 1979 using bamboo jumping. They are the key suppliers for a few noodle stalls including the famous Michelin Wanton Noodle Mak Man Kee in Jordan and Tsui Wah. *HK Tastism is the subsidiary of Chung Wah Kee for retail merchandising.
