It is actually two pieces an inner dress whose bottom portion has a sequin and lace and bead overlay and then the top that is also lace with sequin and bead work. The bead and sequin work is entirely hand applied and very heavy with 3 dimensional aspects. The inner dress has a silk satin base. The front and the back dip quite low and there
